I have over a dozen investment properties and so use/have used quite a large number of property managers. There are not many i would recommend sadly. However, Jon manages two of my properties at present and has done so for a number years - and he is one of the few I have no hesitation in recommending. He is responsive, keeps me informed, actually phones rather than only emailing all the time - and manages things for you - the service you pay actually for! He is across all the little idiosyncrasies I ask for and I don't have to keep reminding him, they just happen. AI recommend Jon highly. Keep up the good work :-).
